Spring has arrived, and the orange blossoms are blooming! During this season these little Azahar fairies spend their time making clothes and enjoying the weather. Near the Mediterranean, most cultures call this flower 'azahar,' and in this personal project I tried to represent the diversity associated with this beautiful and sweet flower from my Mediterranean city, Málaga.

¡Ha llegado la primavera y las flores del naranjo están floreciendo! Durante esta temporada, las hadas de Azahar pasan el tiempo confeccionando algo de ropa y disfrutando del ambiente.  Cerca del mediterráneo diferentes culturas llaman a esta flor 'azahar' y en este proyecto personal traté de representar la diversidad que se relaciona con esta hermosa y dulce flor

One of my obsessions is also Japanese pop culture and different street fashions. That's how this project was born, and the one I intend to continue developing. The story of Koko, Wara, and Irem began one Halloween night! This is what these little ones were like before something happened that changed them forever and they formed the KOWAI gang!

Koko, Wara, and Irem are inspired by different Harajuku fashions, and the special feature of these characters is that they have parts of their bones or muscles exposed, so they're a little scary! In fact, their initials together spell "Kowai," an adjective that means "scary" in Japanese, but they're also adorable!

Una de mis obsesiones es la cultura pop japonesa y las diferentes modas callejeras. Así fue como este proyecto nació y que pretendo seguir desarrollando ¡La historia de Koko, Wara e Irem comenzó una noche de Halloween! Así eran estos pequeños antes de que ocurriera algo que les cambió para siempre y formaran el KOWAI gang! 

Koko, Wara e Irem están inspirados en distintas modas de Harayuku y su característica especial es que tienen partes de sus huesos o músculos al descubierto, ¡así que dan un poco de miedo! De hecho, sus iniciales juntas se leen 'Kowai' un adjetivo que significa 'aterrador' en japonés ¡pero también son adorables!
